PRICES AND SHIPPING

Deliveries are made only in Metropolitan France.

For orders below 49 EUR, the shipping costs are 5.90 EUR.
For orders above 49 EUR, the shipping is free.

The delivery time is from 3 to 5 working days from the date of shipment.
Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the Carriers and in no case the responsibility of NERO Men could be engaged in case of non-compliance delivery times.

All orders are usually dispatched within one business day. However, this delay can take up to 1 to 8 days during sales periods.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes.

RETURNS

Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order, it being specified that the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In order to facilitate the processing of your returns, please send us a return request to the address return@neroskincare.com specifying the number of your order, the returned product(s) ( s), the reason(s) for the return and a refund request. Unidentified returns will be returned to sender.

Products must be returned intact, unopened or used, in their original packaging.

When the order was accompanied by a gift offered to the Customer and the Customer no longer fulfills the conditions necessary to obtain the gift due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, the gift must be returned with the products returned. In such a case, NERO Men may defer reimbursement until receipt of the gift or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the gift, the date chosen being that of the first of these facts. (see our Terms and Conditions for more details).

The refund will be made fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned goods via the payment method initially used when ordering.

NERO Men advises the Customer to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without a tracking number, NERO Men will not accept any complaints.
